The Economic Possibilities for our Grandchildren is no minor work — in fact, in a lot of ways, its second part is fundamental to understanding the work of the economist: it lets us see the vanishing points and the libertarian ideas that made him question the fundamentals of economic analysis again and again. And today, nearly a century after he gave us his perspective, it could be one of the classical points of reference to found an “Economy of Abundance.”
